30A Gulfront 2 Bed/2 Bath Condo- Come and Seize the day at Seas 30A- TOP FLOOR
The main house is almost 3,200 square feet. It consists of 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor to limit the climb up the stairs. We also have a bunk room for the kids with bunk beds that can sleep up to 6. Each bedroom has access to an outside deck. The first floor has 12 foot tall ceilings, and the second floor has 10 foot tall ceilings.
The third floor tower has a spectacular view of the Gulf.
Every night, weather permitting, you can see this beautiful sunset.
Sunseeker Unit 8
This two-bedroom vacation rental sits beachfront on a dune in South Walton's Blue Mountain Beach, which is famously acclaimed for having the highest elevation along the entire Gulf of Mexico. This third-level perch in a small residential building has a beachfront balcony where you may enjoy the sparkling scenery and listen to soothing surf sounds while sipping your favorite chilled drink. Spectacular sunsets occur right over the gulf as the golden orb sinks down into the watery western horizon from mid-October thru early March. Summer visitors may enjoy full magical moons that rise out of the gulf toward the east during that time of year and light up the night sky with its enchanting bright silvery light.
This low-rise condominium only consists of ten total units making the private beach access very quiet and secluded. This fabulous Blue Mountain Beach location is within walking distance of Johnny McTigh's Irish Pub, Blue Mabel's Smokehouse & Provisions, Red Fish Taco, Blue Mountain Beach Creamery and For the Health of It, which is the oldest health food store in South Walton. We are also glad to announce that Cowgirl Kitchen will be opening in its new location this season, next to Blue Mabel. You are also minutes away from popular restaurants, friendly beach bars and shopping in Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton Beach as well as Seaside.
This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night.
On-site parking restricted to one vehicle per property. Minimal overflow parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Parking for additional cars can be directed to Grayton self storage
